Realtor said my offer won't get accepted but I made the offer anyway and told her to submit it.On top of these, my VA in India, made 66 offers in 1 day for all of Cook county in Illinois.

Put a day or two buffer period between guests.We only had an issue once, when someone cooked Indian (I think) food before they left...really strong curry and etc smell.

Obviously there's something to be said about doing it on your own so you don't have too many cooks in the kitchen, but what does everyone think about getting into your first purchase with others to help learn and cover costs?

I know tile is long-lasting, but on floors I feel like it's a lawsuit disaster waiting to happen -- plus it's cold, and really hard on the feet and back in the kitchen, where a cook does lots of standing.I have used the regular TrafficMaster Allure grip-strip vinyl planking in 2 kitchens so far.
