Just closed on a C5 zoned property in Colorado Springs on a major street less than a mile from downtown (currently going through growth explosion) and 1 mi to Old Colorado City hub (very popular tourist destination), and a 1200 sq ft commercial workshop(detached) that I can build out a second (interior floor).

If he is refusing to leave you may need to hire someone to kick him out and I would imagine a lawyer that specializes in this or a large property manager would have a contact for you.If the lawyer gives you the red light you really have no choice but to wait until the end of the lease term and then not renew the lease.

That said, you have a choice to keep them on the current lease month to month or you can give them a new lease.  

A neighbor is a good choice with an added benefit – they can let you know if anything suspicious is happening around the Airbnb rental property.

It says November is a popular month to rent, which I was surprised about.
