We host one on the second Tuesday of every month and typically draw 50 + people. 

I also have a few people who have good connections that keep me informed if they hear of any good deals.

Maybe money is tight, maybe it is the summer and people are feeling more inspired to make the recurring Home Depot runs, or maybe people are taking more initiative to round their skills on Youtube University. 

I would love to connect with people in Northern New Jersey that are utilizing the Medium Term Rental strategy locally; specifically furnished rooms that are being rented. 

If the rent is too high people move.

There are 100's of real estate podcasts out there and honestly I have found many that are better than BP as they have people who have been in real estate and business for a very long time and could run circles around some of the hosts. 

So he just pays me my fee and all those other fee's every other lender charges are not added on which many borrowers dont realize how much that is until they get to the settlement table.U would be surprised though how many people just dont think this is real..

It’s been unable to sell because the original house was a single wide in the 70s that was then added on to.This makes financing either difficult or very expensive for people (especially since it’s a low price point and mainly first time buyers).We would be paying cash - so it’s not an issue for us.

We have a small state park that about 2 million people visit each year (this number surprised me).
