I have 5 administrative staff members in my property management firm, and I trying my best to improve their customer service skills.My main interest would be to have telephone mystery shops done as I would think that in person shops might be expensive.

But Real Estate is not the only business were those with a dream have used credit cards to build there business.. of course the stats of business failures is extremely high.. so when the business fails your stuck in debt.. your deal fails with a HML and your credit is fine and the HML ends up with the asset... not quite as painful

Spend the time alongside your subs as they're working - ask questions (not enough to be a pain - and it can help if you throw them $100 for all the questions) but keep watching them and what they do.
