Newbie from DFW, Texas
Hello,
My name is DaLissa, and I am new to the real estate investing world (and Texas) currently working a 9 to 5 and renting an apartment while saving up to invest. I am 25 years old and originally from Alabama. I have a Bachelors in Finance and a Masters in Business Administration. My personality type is INTJ for anyone who is familiar with the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.
To start out, my "plan" is to buy and hold a fourplex to live in, but long term I want to become a private/passive investor in large apartment buildings (Investing around 50k) or any properties that provide me with an eventual passive income of at least 10k. That is why I'm here to learn and figure out my options. :)
