Otherwise, if its in Allapattah I know of others who have pretty good occupancy and performance however, they're pretty close to the Metro station.

The 3rd party charging stations leave a lot to be desired and are overpriced.

I give her a red devil and an orbital sander and a pack of sandpaper and she gets that baseboard smooth as a babies bottom; it makes a huge difference in the paint job and I could never afford to have professional painters do that.
