I see the Rowes every Thursday (if they're in town) and see Bob Snyder usually at least twice a year: around August when we have our regional event and early December when we have our holiday party.You should have been contacted by Renatus, also.

Now I have no idea, but my thoughts are these are heavy holiday and weekend markets, and plenty of vacancy during the week. 

With the Columbus day holiday, I knew it would take an extra day, so I wasn't initially concerned.  

I've seen a few posts around from landlords wondering if they should get their tenants a holiday gift and, if so, what to get.After walking around the dollar store earlier this week, I thought it would be much more fun to discuss what you should NOT get your tenants as a gift.

Holidays with family then you have a year to go.

Buyers on the other hand wake up on Jan 1st and get on the internet, because holiday season is over and they wanted to buy a new house.

Not to mention if it takes until November it will be really difficult finding a tenant during the holidays and early winter months.  

I want to start using my license in any way I can within the real estate profession, but with a full-time job already, I could only work in real estate late afternoons, weekends, and holidays.

We are beginning meets ups after the holidays in Jan. once a week.
