I really liked the idea of mobile homes & mobile home park investing because of the low entry cost but there isn’t really a market for that in my area and what is here is very expensive.

There are both desktop and mobile versions of the app.The advantages to being in a virtual office environment are many.

Anyone have experience using hard money lenders for financing mobile home parks in southeast Michigan?

In Phoenix, there might be a 5,000-10,000 price difference between a family park vs. 55+ park mobile home. 

The neighboring lots all have manufactured/mobile homes on them.

We own a mobile home park in Nevada that we are selling ($320k).

The CDC defines those properties affected as: "any property leased for residential purposes, including any house, building, mobile home or land in a mobile home park, or similar dwelling leased for residential purposes".

I saw a piece about mobile homes, and I was thinking that I might buy the land, but I'm having difficulty finding out how much it would cost to purchase said land, as an average.
