@Andrew Carlson, you can't take a generic rule of thumb, and try to apply it to the location of YOUR choosing.If YOU want 10%, you have to go to where you CAN get that. 

The key is you cannot collect rent for others for pay.Project Management is a widely used generic term and is used all over in many different fields.

Ideally they also have had their “rent” supplemented by the other unit tenant.
