Chances are you won’t find any buyers for the business on Loopnet, plus...in my opinion, they had their day in the sun and fewer people are using them.  

I imagine a lot of people are going to scream at the dangers of that strategy and they aren't wrong.

Still fewer HSAs allow investments in stocks and ETFs.

They're no more dangerous than any other heating source as long as the tenant uses/maintains it properly.

That stuff they used in the 70's sounds dangerous! 

I find this to be intuitive because there will theoretically ONLY be savings in the repair and maintenance line item of 5%-7% since a new building will need fewer repairs in the beginning years. 

@Jeremy Black You can do a leaseback...but there are going to be fewer investors that want to buy a wholesale deal with a leaseback situation so it better be a good deal.
