Stop down at Penn Station Newark and pick up all the NJ Transit stop pamphlets and then look at the express stops a little more and tie that into good school proximities.

I had shared the concerns expressed above, but as a parent of 2 boys and one of 4 siblings growing up poor, I would have really appreciated to have been taught the *financial literacy* component early on!!

They all have expressed desire to continue to lease for the next year - May 2018. 

One of them in Unit 5 I met was a family who longer wants to move to a better neighborhood express they are looking to move soon like by next month and so far is late with rent.
