And I haven’t even addressed the damage caused by the fact that 90% of “wholesalers” have almost no real estate knowledge and pose significant danger to desperate sellers who may end up in foreclosure while awaiting a wholesaler incapable or unwilling to close a deal to close the deal.PLEASE NOTE:  Based on previous posts, I full expect that I will be admonished by posters in the near future who claim either (1) I just want to “kill someone’s dream” or (2) that I hate wholesalers.

With this type of marketing I have found it imperative that the phone get answered.Only the crazy and extremely desperate sellers leave messages or call back.I set up an answering service to answer my calls.
