The comprehensive rehabs can really be brutal (lots of hidden problems, much longer rehab times, etc.)

I have been doing a lot of my own research but it's super helpful to see a comprehensive guide to KC like the one you've put together. 

Its one of those rare books that is detailed and gives you step by step instructions, not just a vague overview.
