I’m definitely handy (did cabinets and flooring to the kitchen of our current home) and would be up for a BRRRR. 

There were two small/med nail holes in the side of the cabinet panel that overhangs the side of the refrigerator where we put up a picture.

It really was not I repaired all of that painted walls and ceilings, and refinished the cabinets I spent $7000 total.

I love the ikea Shaker door mirrored medicine cabinet for even more storage above.

We'll add LED ceiling light fixtures with light switches (currently all pull strings), new kitchen cabinets and countertops, one laundry area for the two units, update the bathrooms, paint, carpet, and refinishing of some wood floors.

I'm currently living in one of the units and our first project is to repaint the cabinets and struce up the kitchen and then we will be remodeling the bathroom next.

I had my illegal apartment converted to an office, keeping most of the kitchen cabinets, replacing the counter and kitchen sink to a smaller bar sink, calling the kitchen area a private entertainment bar in the floor plans.
