I may very well buy a small position in it and place it in my portfolio in case there is more to this bounce in the daily charts than I think.

You need to bounce this off your tax preparer but if the agree then you would get to take almost the entire amount tax free anyway (shame you couldn't have rented it Dec 21 of 2015.2.

If you are talking about sounds of people walking in second floor unit, that will be much more challenging, since wood has a natural bounce to it, and that would start to become a structural issue, as well as sound deadening.
