I didn't have tv at the time, didn't know about bigger pockets.

If you remember Dave Del Dotto he made a fortune with his late night TV and his shows were from Honolulu etc..

Once you know what you have to work with, and where you're currently spending money, you can sit down and decide for each item:1) How much am I spending on this every year (e.x. cable TV)2) Do I think it is worth it?

The problem is low inventory in general on the MLS and untrained rehabber wanna b's that have graduated from watching TV shows that are paying 80-90% of value for foreclosures before 1 dime of rehab.

I think right now healthcare crisis and foreign countries on the brink of war is the headlines across the TV.

I used to have cable TV, several magazine subscriptions, etc.

One more note - if you are seeing this on Auction.com or similar site then they are just marketing a number that will get the most viewers and bidders on their website.
