If a new company was formed for the deal and the money partner was a Member (LLC) with a controlling percentage, wouldn't they have the ability to take control of the company just as easily as foreclosing?

It's better to have 5 accounts with equal distribution, than 4 accounts at a $0 balance and 1 account with a balance close to the credit limit.Also, keep in mind, this works in percentage tiers. 10%, 30%, 50%, 70% etc.
