The cities are relatively the same prices for houses but bigger population with more economic drivers.

I am definitely grateful.The biggest driver in this is for agents to differentiate themselves from the competition. 

With the mills, with a new one ready to open up and with so much space in it my assumption is that it will drive rent prices down in the short run.

In retrospect I know he can only go as fast as the seller but something about it just really set me off.This is just one of many things where I have flown off the handle because I am not in the drivers seat of the situation and felt like I would have handled it better/differently.

The effects of a particular president (or even governing party) would likely be small on the major economic forces that drive real estate.

Either way, you are more in the driver’s seat than you think.

We initially thought travel nurses would be our biggest drivers since we are within a 10 miles radius to all the Top major hospitals in the area.

Think of it as trying to get hired as a taxi/uber/lyft driver without a drivers license.  

If it were in California, I'd probably say don't worry about it, in California, undocumented residents can get drivers licenses, legally, so maybe it's not as bad as we think?
