This product has been around for awhile already.

That is the best early things that will allow you more time to focus on income productive things.  

Our productivity is through the roof because everything we do is in the cloud and available on the fly. 

I know there are pockets of excess in some areas and product types, but I don’t believe we’re in the end of this cycle.

I invest in these 3 states, and always have to juggle between different lenders and brokers because not all are licensed everywhere, so I would like to establish a long term relationship with someone who can broker in all 3 states.Ideally someone who also has a relationship with United Wholesale Mortgage, as they have some potentially interesting mortgage products for me.Thank you!

@Paul WellerThere is a jumbo product for your primary 2-unit scenario with 10% down, no PMI, and a good fixed rate in the mid 4's today.
