Whole ordeal cost me over $2500.I also regret, of no ones fault but my own, not researching the area more which I would have avoided the stress of my own safety and the half dozen or so calls I made to police, which resulted in arrests. 

This illegal tenant has done something very serious that will likely require the master tenant to go to the police and report it.

But that was just a thought she might be a little to gun ho and try to turn me into the sign police.

I advised the tenant to call the police if she fears that her vehicle may be damaged by the actions of the teenagers in the lot.  

They will pay a premium to be within an easy commute of their job in an apartment run by a landlord they feel they can trust and who's prompt and professional on maintenance, even in a poor neighborhood.A top reason a pocket neighborhood forms is a police station.

My husband called the police immediately, who came to the scene and then notified his family, and his family came to the house.

Is an exception to that rule for service members and police officers a good idea?
