The unit assigned to the other space is currently vacant, so I'm guessing their strategy was "'tis better to ask for forgiveness than permission" and helped themselves to both spaces.  

After all debris were removed from the house, we closed it up and used a fog machine to fog every room, all vents, and the attic spaces with Concrobium mold treatment.  

IF that is the case it would really be better for them to only put in one name so that there are more available mortgage spaces available.

Each tenant gets one garage and the space in front of it.

This could be easy/inexpensive (if there's unfinished space below) or it could be difficult/expensive (if there's finished space below).

The building has two apartments (1 with tenant who is said to leave this month and the other occupied, both are renting for about half the current rates) and the storefront will be empty as I will be leaving the space for another opportunity.

Looking forward to meeting virtual and also local associates in this space.

I suggest renting the space out and getting what you can from renting before selling, as time passes, refinance and then give it some time and build more equity then sell.
