I am just comping out of high school and am looking forward to investing my time and money into rental property's I am having troubles finding out where to start any available grants,mentors,or advice would be great thanks

I have reached out to some of the investors that I've worked for over the years and none of them showed any interest in working with me or mentoring me.

Investors are busy and most don’t have time to be mentors, so I’m willing to pay or provide value to their business in a way they would like - deals, analysis, busy work etc.

I think I definitely need to get a mentor.
