Hello BP Community,

My name is Tony Best. I'm embarking on my new journey into landlording, property management and investing. Very excited! Having recently obtained my real estate license and Property Management Master certification from the California Association of Realtors, I’m seeking that essential “real-world” experience in landlording/property management. I’m interested in opportunities in or around the Greater Los Angeles area (I’m currently based in West L.A./Brentwood) or other SoCal communities. If there are entry-level positions or hands-on training programs within the field, please let me know.  Looking for mentors as well!
