What do you guys and girls think?

After 13 years in NYC, I followed a girl I was dating to northern Utah (in 2003).  

My former wife used to teach elementary school located next to the Santa Ana River and cranes would occasionally grab them in their beaks and some of the catch would land in the school yard, only to be discovered by kindergarten kids with puzzled looks on their faces.

I keep hearing that becoming a real estate agent assistant is one option for great access to the MLS. But I am also reading disturbing info about the things an that an assistant are not allowed to do such as DO DEALS!...

I would really, really reall like to leave the existing financing in place as it is a great rate and an FHA loan that wont carry the PMI forever like the new ones.Please anyone and everyone...Help a girl out!
