Hey everyone i'm glad to be a part of the community, love the platform that was set up.

I'm a member of several local RIEA groups/ clubs and that's how I was introduced to Bigger Pockets platform.

So far the cash flows from the 4 investments I've made, via 2 diff funding platforms, are a low of 5% and a high of 10% (paid quarterly).

Great platform to network.

Maybe it depends on what device/platform you're viewing it on because when I look at his pic on my iPhone or my iPad it's still sideways. 

I asked "whats the new platform and he said "Merchant Services, but i'd have to put you to the Sales team".i have spoken to Intuit 2-3 times in the past 2 weeks and this is the news to me.anyone else aware of it?

The platforms that  I have seen so far have very thin markets of buyers and sellers.
