Chris, huge props to you for constantly providing expert point of view on the conventional mortgage industry. 

We have now seen that most politicians think nothing of illegally screwing over the real estate industry, because most of us are small businesses that don't have lobbyists like the oil/gas and grocery store industries do. 

It needs some clean up, maybe a little industry to really change the area. 

Industrial space in excellent location.  

Unfortunately, you won't have a decent football team to root for for a couple years... 

I’m new to the industry and may try my hand at wholesaling properties since it requires little capital.

But just another bunch of crooks looking to steal from those of us in the industry. 

In addition to the ones you mentioned and the others shared, I would also look for some diversity among industries in the area.

A good habit for any investor is to ask questions until you find an answer that helps further your goals.Simply because 1 or 2 "standard" mortgage companies said "this is the industry standard" doesn't mean that someone out there won't have a loan for this guy.

I'm finding it hard to network and meet new possible mentors, partners, and friends in the REI industry because of the corona virus.
