However there Is no doubt Morris preyed on absolute first time rental home buyers.. you here the back and forth of how little these folks understood about the transaction and how trusting they were.Its easy for us who do this for a living and have been doing it for years to second guess it all. but that's what happened.. taking over these assets while all well and good  is not financially feasible in many cases.. in most cases they will just sell to the next low level wholesaler who will then sell to the next person who thinks they can make the hood work.
