In retrospect I know he can only go as fast as the seller but something about it just really set me off.This is just one of many things where I have flown off the handle because I am not in the drivers seat of the situation and felt like I would have handled it better/differently.

We initially thought travel nurses would be our biggest drivers since we are within a 10 miles radius to all the Top major hospitals in the area.

Think of it as trying to get hired as a taxi/uber/lyft driver without a drivers license.  

If it were in California, I'd probably say don't worry about it, in California, undocumented residents can get drivers licenses, legally, so maybe it's not as bad as we think?

If you waive this....then your renters catch the flaws or when you sell the buyer will catch the flaws and then you get to pay for the repairs, which should have been corrected by the builder.Growth to me in DFW and most cities when you think about it seems to occur north....Forney is a nice place, but not really any demand drivers I can think about...so mostly a bedroom community.
