I'm torn - do I suck it up for one more year to beat cap gains taxes and then buy a bigger better house, or add another bed and bath and whatever else I'd like to my house and stick around for a long while?

But the draw backs are not having the income from my current job and also lack of benifits.I just feel like the days pass by so fast but I can't get anything accomplished because by the time I get settled in at home its 7-8 pm and i relax for an hour go to bed and get up at 5am :protest: So its almost impossible to find the time to do anything more then read books, articles, check listings every now and then...etc

If it takes a 1.4M prperty to generate 8800 GOI, I would be seriously concerned that my 50% calculation wouldnt be enough. 4400/month expense estimate to maintain a 1.4M property would make me mighty nervous.Anyway, this thread has been beaten to death.
