I just recently recieved this, and I wanted to know from the experts if this is ok to use? Is there anything I should add or omit? Your thoughts and suggestions are extremely appreciated.

YYAAWWNN.

Sorry I just woke up.

The first Assignor and Assignee is Seller and Buyer or Seller and Assignor.

I would put something in there about how much they are giving you when and that it is nonrefundable.

I'm not sure about that whole witness thing at the bottom. I would just take that out.

Now its back to bed for me.
