I'm confused on how I would be getting my assignment fee after I get the contracts finished and signed.

Covid hit so my job went to 2 days a week so I couldnt justify hiring someone to do the total rehab so I did everything but the granite and tile bathrooms myself from the drywall to finished product!   

Tenant C applies, gets approved, and all persons sign the Addendum to add them to the lease.The basic premise is this: the deposit stays in place from start to finish.

One thing I require my contractors to do, is to send pictures of the finished work when they expect payment.

Consistency and networking are key but I'm actively looking to discover different creative methods to attaining success in the business.

if your are incorrect on that number and not certain on any of the initial cost and timelines then I would not do it.I guess what I am trying to say is I do not think you have the capital/access to it, knowledge of the actual numbers, and connections to get the rehab finished to move forward.

Medium to high grade tiers of paint have better coverage, as in you do not have to do two or three layers for a clean finish like cheaper Home Depot paint, lesson learned. 3.
