This lady broke the lease.If it's a no pet property, it's a no pet property.Either she needs to get rid of the cat or move in 30 days.I wouldn't allow a cat if I said "no pets."

Anyway a couple months ago, I was at one of our apartment communities, when a pair of church ladies were going around knocking on doors.

She's a single young lady living alone and has minor brain damage.

I was honest and told the lady that I didn't have the money to purchase a property in that price range at this point in my business, but if she was serious about selling then I could still help her accomplish that because I do have a license and I would work hard in getting the property sold for her.

I have a lady willing to sale her efficiency room in a apartment style complex but I don't know if it's worth.

With a quality relationship they will just continue to get better and better.Example: I met this local lady.

It was in need of rehab since the lady that owned it had not touched it in decades.... think green shag carpet, olive green appliances which probably didn't work, and lots of grunge.  

The dude comes out 2 minutes later and word for word tells me "hey bro, **** that lady, it stinks like weed smoke in there and her two kids are in there."

The city code lady is calling it "low voltage wiring" but my reading on the low voltage wiring described nothing which sounded like a camera system.Your thoughts?

Just wondering what form/paperwork do you ladies and gentlemen hand out to investors who brought capital to your deals after the deal paid them out and to ensure that the investor guarantees receipt of funds?
