Many people, and not only in Trenton, don't have enough savings to sustain a job loss for very long.

For the amount of work they required to sustain superhost status we determined it was not worth the effort.

These large efforts aren't done because they expect to see sustainment in jobs and population.

They would have to be capitalized well enough that they can sustain the lease even if things don't go as well as hoped and have assets I could put a lien/judgment against if things go sideways, these would either have to be in there personal name or in whatever LLC they're signing the lease with.
