I like the Triad for flip opportunities but I fear if there is any slow down the Triad would be hit first due to the lack of diversity in its economic drivers in comparison to CLT or RDU.  

Now you can be behind the driver seat steer the way you wish to pursue.

Most people in your Generation Z are scared to make big decisions, even delaying getting their drivers license.

If you're looking at a tertiary market in Ohio - analyze what its economic driver is (a nearby college or university always helps)

This is an attempt to, hopefully, mitigate a bunch of drivers from actually driving to and fro.  

You'll get the same $80,000 starting salary you would as a truck driver, and when you quit you'll have the skills, discipline, and network to start your own thing and be successful.Just my two cents, and what worked for me won't necessarily work for you.

@Eve Oliver why do you need access to county records regarding their Driver License?

Think of it as trying to get hired as a taxi/uber/lyft driver without a drivers license.  

It's added as a surcharge to everyone's driver's insurance premium, even if you live far from the coast.
