In general, lighter colors tend to be better and 12x24 ceramic/porcelain tile is somewhat popular as well as subway tile but I don't know what works in Jersey City as I have never done research on that market.

I can easily search for documents and color-code folders, as well as "star" them.But for those who don't have physical copies, I wonder if they just destroy the physical papers, etc.

While at both of those points check the wire colors and make sure they go to where they should on the thermostat - the colors at the units don't always match the standard colors of the thermostat plate if a handyman or sloppy installer did the work, so be sure each wire goes to the right function.

At the very least, I would change up the envelope style and color every mailing even though your internal message or mail piece format doesn't change.
