Once I knew my bottom line and what I could get for rent, it was an easy choice for me.  

We have the added difficulty of being 35 miles down lake from town so getting a cleaner to go that far is tough, but we have managed for the last 4 years.Being in the Orlando area, you should have a plethora of choices.

I live in Buffalo Grove,  and i think western and northwest suburbs have lot of potential,because of quality of those areas and they will be always popular for families.  

It isn't their "choice" to use the Security Deposit to pay rent, unless the lease dictates that.

Seeing how you want to make real estate investing your life and career, working as a realtor would be an obvious choice.
