@Frank M.I have no expertise when it comes to building costs so I can't chip in there.

One for the garage door opener (report said bad sensors but we replaced the whole thing as it was 15 years old), the second for a leak in the water-line for the fridge and finally two of the sliding doors not opening (pretty sure they just need to remove the safety locking pin).I've had about $1200 in repairs in the 5 months that they've been there and am not too pleased about having to chip in another $200 for goodwill after already leaving $400 worth of gas as a goodwill guest ire which has seemed to backfire on me.Any thoughts advice would be greatly welcomed.

Finally I call up ajmadison and ask them to price match the fridge from Amazon, the range from HD, and the DW from Bob's House of Appliances, Fish & Chips and Auto Insurance.Other than clearance sales or damaged items, this method should provide the lowest price possible.

I can chip in.

The cookware was not usable (at least I would not want to eat that much chipped Teflon).

The floors were home depot ashcombe oak throughout and they were 1.40 a sq/ft.

Don't be afraid to take some chips off the table.
