Who has experience working with section 8/affordable housing tenants.

I purchased my house using a conventional loan in 2021.

Since acquiring it, I’ve fully renovated the property and transformed it into a successful short-term rental on 5 acres of land.

The tenants have since moved on and new tenants are in the house.
