Large enough to haul a client and I have had a Billionaire and his wife ride with no complaints a few times.  

They may have plenty of dings from brooms, mops, toys, etc, but they generally aren't wobbly or warped.  

The 2 times I went in there since initially finding the cat, they removed every trace of it - no food, litter box, toys, nothing.

State of IL just clarified that activity as brokering most other states agree .. its an enforcement issue.. just like speeding everyone does it and some of us get tickets for doing it.. just like some assignors get hauled in and have to hire lawyers and get fined and cease and desists..

If the only motivatation is dependent on a feeling of guilt, all children would put away their toys and clean their rooms and all trashy neighbors would clean up their yards. 

Much easier to mange and will make more money over the long haul than non appreciating rentals.Most investors that have CASH not leverage will eventually gravitate to trust deed investing.
