All the rest comes from taking action and networking with other investors in the area.

Most of my time these days in consumed with real estate books and the BP podcast, however; when the season starts, I'm an avid duck hunter.  

But if I was over their budget, they wanted to know why and what course of action to take (increase their budget, cut scope, use less expensive materials).As a real estate investor, you have to know costs.  

All that needs to be taken is action.

Hi Jason,Since you have been part of BP for a bit you already know it is a great site and you have taken some positive action, so if you keep moving in this direction, you are certain to succeed!

I am small and young and can do all the difficult stuff like running wires through walls and all the other physically demanding and time consuming tasks that comes with the house rewire.
