Based on what I was shown, this apartment is really in shambles.Almost new drywalls (5/8) + pop corn + new doors paint + trims.

It also depends on the kind of financing you have that will determine what may be a potential deal breaker, ie: if  you have an FHA loan and the house inspection comes back with multiple areas of chipping paint and the seller doesn't want to fix the issues.

My long term goal is to have a portfolio of rental properties in my local area through the BRRR method that could allow me to retire, whether or not I choose to.
