Appreciate the heads up about certain rights that may be limited, like to furniture.

@Samuel RuelkeIf you do that you would want to make it your primary residence to avoid Mortgage Fraud (move mailing addresses there, put your furniture there, actually stay there as you said you would etc).

The mobile app causes some problems for me - cannot read messages and several other features -- doesn't keep me logged into my device-- etcMaybe that's @Joshua Dorkin 's way of inferring i need a lap top instead of a bulky desktop :(

I was able to move out of my apartment and store the furniture I kept at my parents houses.

Remember furniture may cover some of the bad areas.   

For example sometimes, I encounter corporate renters that need an all-inclusive (utilities, furniture, etc.) set-up.

Please be sure that you remove all of your possessions, including any furniture, food, plants, and trash.

Don't buy cars, furniture etc and after both deals close, start looking for a HUD.  

My definition of a bad area of Baltimore City is one where a vacant, unsecured house full of furniture would NOT be undisturbed for a year and a half.
