I'm not going to say anything different then what has already been said but I thought I'd share my current experience with you.I've spent all the adult years of my life working my *** off and saving money.  

My wife is a full time stay-at-home mother and is anxious to get out and start communicating with adults again now that our kids are almost both in school!!

The "good job" part seemed to be a pretty lousy outcome, considering that the job was supposed to make up the best part of my day, for the majority of my adult life.

Now, as most of my children are adults, I find myself ready to revisit this.

This could be middle aged couples looking to downsize, young adults looking to be mobile and save some cash - especially around this rental market in Denver- or people who may have been in some financial issues who are finding it hard to be approved to rent or get a loan, etc... 

., and would make the house much more comfortable for the housemates than a place where all five bedrooms were on the same floor.Renting out rooms is a GREAT strategy for young adults.

Make people be adults and take their of the lawn.

The federal government are handing out money (granted it’s just an advance on 2020 tax return but most aren’t aware of that) to essentially 90% of the tenant base at the rate of 1,200 a adult and 500 kicker per kid.  

I approved that.Someone wanted to add a 3 time felon to a rental, an adult, I said no. 

If you are both working, committed adults then it seems perfectly reasonable for her to pay her portion of rent and living expenses.
