Obviously people do it, but in the real estate industry, if you are renting out you have to be able to deal with people (renters) trying to take advantage of you and you need to have the balls to stand up for yourself and evict adults.

This makes it harder for these women to break away from this cycle of poverty and adds additional wear and tear on your house (also makes it difficult for you to terminate leases based on Fair Housing rules).In our case it wasn't mom and dad who produced children like they were PEZ dispensers but their adult daughters who, when tired of dealing with them dropped them off at mom and dads (and my house) to raise.
