Their web site is a free resource with links to your state law but I highly recommend the book for some of the practical advice they provide.You need to start educating yourself today, not the day your tenant is 14 days late on rent or moves in five dogs or...you get the idea.

My suspicion is that they will eventually buy out Expedia.I have also developed my own web site to market our property. 

It would have taken me much longer web browsing for each of these pearls of wisdom!

They've always had reasonable prices (insured through a master Lloyds of London policy) and good customer service (and I can do everything through the web).
