- Both bathrooms brand new top to bottom- New flooring and painting throughout the whole house- Updated kitchen with custom island and all new appliances, granite countertops- New lighting fixtures- Opened up the floor plan, etc...

May I ask which brand/model you went with and do you supply them with a physical key as a backup?

We work in the retail site selection space all over the country, more specifically we are usually looking for retail medicine clients, but also do so for national carpet brands, and I'm even working on a church site selection in san antonio TX at the moment. 

My partner and I are brand new to this and have so much to learn, and now feel like we are on an episode of an HGTV show where the "unexpected problem" arrises.

That's really a question for the court to answer but I don't think you'd find many courts sympathetic to the landlord in that question; I can go down to Lowes or Home Depot and have a brand new fridge by tomorrow morning. 

But the only issue is neither of any of those ideas could work because I have dug deep and find out how each franchise/business is not up to par and moving their brand into this part of the city.

Floors brand new before you move. assume 1000 sf per unit.

Everything is brand new so there isn’t really any repairs.

It took me two years but I finally built a brand new, genuine log cabin in its place.
