It doesn't seem like your experience was any better than would be expected in a totally unregulated state like AL (for Community Association Management, not Property Management, that is...).  

I have used Diversen, et al for Lake County evictions.

I'm in a small(75,000 Population) market in northwest alabama.  

But I would recommend doing the following: sell the place in CA and buy something, heck, three places in FL or at least AL or GA, i.e. closer to you.

So for starters I would like to know if Wholesaling is legal in Alabama.. i guess i just assumed it was legal in every state which might not have been wise on my part.

Hello BP, I just received an email from the state of Alabama that a tax lien I had applied for was available for purchase.

In June, I am suppose to start with a Commercial Real Estate Firm as an agent in birmingham, AL.
