I don't know about the water yet but I would definitely look into installing some kind of sub meter, though in this area it's common to have all utilities included.Let's connect sometime- It looks like there's not too many BP people in the area and it would be great to stumble through with some other folks, even other newbs.

But it takes a stroke of luck to stumble upon a person like that, often after being screwed over multiple times by shady ppl.

Building a "Buyers List" seems to be the stumbling point for me currently and putting up "Fake" bandit signs goes against my "honesty" process.I am in the San Antonio area, any comments, suggestions, or just general hellos are appreciated.

Hi,I just stumbled upon this idea of hunting down properties sold at tax sale that have overages and informing the prop owner and getting a percentage of the amount..I see alot of mixed opinions online.
