I'm happy to pay for systems to save time and guidance but the fee seems ambitious and I don't love the idea of forking over large percentage of profits to be told what I can and can't do with the company. 

I do receive that retirement pay, but it certainly isn’t enough to actually retire on.

I shouldn't have to pay more because they organized their work to zigzag back and forth across town. 

You will probably pay transfer taxes to do this though. 

It's always a good idea to screenshot the guests' info as soon as they book, in case Airbnb shuts you down like this and it disappears off their site.
