There can be instances when there are transfers/contributions between a member of an LLC and its member.The great thing about LLC's and partnership vehicles is that it is not considered a "taxable" event when you transfer property from a member to the LLC.I.E.

In order to have your project listed on a crowdfunding site it needs to be shovel ready and you have to have serious experience and successful track record with similar projects in order to qualify.If you do not have the money for the project you need to look at syndicating or doing a partnership.
