It may have been a booming market if looking at it at that time, but I would have stayed far away from it, even though many would have called me nuts, would have pointed out how thriving it was.

For quite a few years now those "screws" (bolts actually) have generally been made of a nylon or plastic material, with large thumb type wing nuts to secure them from the bottom while the head is held with a large straight blade screwdriver.

The lowest hanging fruit is likely your ability to approach a seller that needs a new HVAC and replace it at cost, then you would be reimbursed at close of escrow for the effort but you would also secure the listing.
